Did you know Indianola is ranked as the best destination in the state for disc golf? See for yourself. Get to Pickard Park for the annual TruBank Des Moines Challenge. Each June, around 180 pro disc golfers — men and women — from around the world showcase their skills on Pickard Park’s 18-hole course set against rolling wooded hills. You’ll see top names in the sport compete against each other for a hefty prize payout. Grab some autographs! There’s live music and fun activities and contests scheduled for spectators and families all week long!
But Pickard Park isn’t reserved for the best! You can champion the 18-hole course yourself on a warm, sunny day. There are water features and plenty of open and wooded holes to test your skills.
Scorecards are available in the information kiosk at the course. No Fees to play.
